FIRST CENTURY FOR LUKE

Luke Prescott scored his first competitive century in some style last week – when he played for Bury & District U13s.
The 13-year-old hit an unbeaten 156 to help the team win against Manchester Central U13s at Whalley Range CC.
He also opened the bowling, taking 1 for 11 off five overs, and held 3 catches.
Likewise, Daisy Hunt bowled an excellent spell, also taking 1 for 11 off her 5 overs.
Prestwich had a third representative in the match, 12-year-old Sam Regan, who opened the batting.
