JUNIOR FOOTBALLERS ON TARGET TO BOOST NHS

by | Friday May 29th 2020 | Football

Members of our junior football section have been walking, cycling and running their socks off to raise funds for the NHS and two new defibrillators.
Following a similar task completed by our senior footballers, the youngsters have taken up the 28-day 1000km/£1,000 Challenge.
Having started on May 9th, they have already smashed their distance and fundraising targets, but will be continuing to clock up the miles and raise as much money as possible.
So far, they have completed 1,113km and raised £1,012.
Their efforts have also been recognised with an article on the community news website inyourarea.co.uk.
