Prestwich got back on the winning trail with a league victory over high-flying Woodhouses.
Despite rain curtailing the game with just four overs to go, the Heys men emerged victorious on run rate.
Having racked up a target of 221, fourth-placed Woodhouses were left teetering on 188 for 9.
Boosted by the temporary return of Danny Jones, Prestwich headed to the Failsworth ground on Saturday hoping to avenge an opening day defeat when Josh Butler took nine wickets.
Invited to bat on a firm deck, Prestwich’s ultimate total was somewhat below expectations after a lively start saw them reach 90 for 1 after 20 overs.
Openers Ryan Stanbury and James Wharmby crashed a series of maximums, particularly off Butler.

Carl Hey played a vital role in knitting the innings together as Prestwich dipped to 179 for 7, but Hey and Steve Orrell pushed the total past the 200-mark until Hey fell one short of a deserved half century when he planted a full toss into Butler’s palms on the deep cover boundary.
Tong’s sterling 25-over stint was rewarded with six wickets.
The home side’s reply stuttered when they were reduced to 16 for 3 after an opening blast from Sam Holden, with two wickets, and Stanbury the other. Alan Badenhorst and David Garner then took game to the visitors with a fluent stand of 65 in 14 overs, before captain Andy Bradley struck, taking the first of his four scalps.
Hey took a running catch at deep mid-off to dismiss Badenhorst for 30 and with two smart catches at slip by Holden to follow, Garner also went for 30 and Callum Megram off his first ball.
Lewis Jarvis produced a nippy yorker to bowl Butler for 13 and when Bradley struck again to bag a 4-36 haul, Woodhouses were on 109 for 8.
A plucky partnership of Daniel Ball (44 not out) and Shaghir thwarted the visitors, and there were one or two twitches in the away camp until Hey had Shaghir stumped by Wharmby for 32.
With the last pair at the wicket, the rain arrived to bring the game to a premature end, but Prestwich claimed the four-point victory courtesy of a greater run rate.
Sunday proved a bad day at the office for the Heys men in their Lancashire Cup tie at Little Lever.
They suffered a 107-run defeat at the hands of the Bolton League side who had stacked up 206 from their 45 overs.
Professional Kamran Younis and Simon Anderton both top scored with 46, while Hey was the most productive bowler taking four wickets for 32 runs.
A score of 28-0 suddenly became 47 for 5 as the Prestwich batting line-up failed to fire.
With Rakib Mahmood taking 4 for 20, Stanbury and Tom Gibson jointly top scored on 22 as Prestwich tamely folded on 99.
Prestwich, now in seventh place, welcome eighth-placed Stand to The Heys on Saturday for their third derby clash of the season.
