To all members of Prestwich Crcket Tennis and Bowling Club, please note that our 2010 Annual General Meeting will take place in the clubhouse on Sunday, 17th January at 12 noon.

5. Amendments to club Rules, proposed by the Management Committee.

i) Subscription fees

To increase subscriptions as below:-

Full membership Adult – £115 (an increase of £5)
Junior (U18) – £36.00 (an increase of £1.00)

Tennis Junior U18/student – £28.00 (an increase of £1.00)
Junior U16 – £21.00 (an increase of £1.00)
Junior U13 – £16.00 (no change)

Cricket, Bowling and Social are unchanged.

ii) Trust Deed

The Management Committee accepts that the current Trustees hold legally the assets of the Club and make the following resolution:
‘The Club acknowledges the loss of the original Trust Deed dated 1912. The Club Management Committee proposes that the Trustees be authorised to instruct solicitors to create a new Trust Deed that governs the duties and obligations of the Trustees and the interaction of such a document with the Constitution of the Club.’

iii) Trustees

The Trustees propose that a fourth Trustee is appointed and with the support of the Management Committee, make the following nomination:

iv) Amendment to Club Rules

The Management Committee propose that the Club incorporates a Football Section as a full playing section of the club

Subject to agreement at this Annual General Meeting the Club Rules will be amended accordingly.

6. Nomination of Officers for the ensuing season.
Officers for re-election for this term are Chairman, Secretary and House manager.
