Biggest and longest sponsorship agreement in our history!

We are absolutely delighted to be in partnership with such a massive and successful company whose family roots are in Prestwich.

Support like this will allow our club to develop forward in a positive direction with the investment underpinning our junior development in our Academy.

We are delighted to announce that Duo are the main sponsors for Prestwich Cricket Club as the 2015 champions make their debut in the inaugural season of the Greater Manchester Cricket League (GMCL).

Duo was previously a kit sponsor at the cricket club and has recently supported them in securing funding from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to fund new wicket covers that will protect and improve the playing conditions.

Prestwich Cricket Club, whose First XI team will be playing in the GMCL Premier Division this season, are hoping to build on their double winning success in the final season of the Lancashire County League and have set their sights set on repeating the feat in the GMCL.

The new sponsorship deal means employees at Duo UK will benefit from exclusive membership offers at the popular cricket club, and bolsters Duo’s growing and varied employee wellbeing programme.

Duo’s Commercial Director, Anthony Brimelow, explained: “Prestwich is a real up-and-coming area and the club is truly at the heart of the community, so we’re proud to offer our support to the cricket club in what looks to be an exciting year for North West cricket.

“We’re all cricket fans so will be cheering on from the stands as we watch the team bat for victory!”

Brian Lorenzini from Prestwich Cricket Club commented: “Prestwich CC are absolutely delighted to be associated with such a successful company as DUO UK as our main sponsor. What a way for us to start in the inaugural season of the GMCL. Duo have been our kit sponsor for a couple of years but we have strengthened the partnership that will be mutually beneficial to both parties.”
